👈 مَنِ استوفى شروطَ الحَجِّ ولم يأمَنِ الطَّريق ؛ فإنَّه لا يجب عليه الحَج ، وهذا باتِّفاقِ المَذاهِبِ الفِقْهِيَّةِ الأربَعَةِ : الحَنَفِيَّة ، والمالِكِيَّة ، والشَّافِعِيَّة ، والحَنابِلَة.
قال اللهُ تعالى : {وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا} [آل عمران: 97].
#وجه_الدلالة : أنَّ الوصولَ إلى البيتِ بدونِه لا يُتَصَوَّر إلَّا بمشَقَّةٍ عظيمةٍ ، فصار من جملةِ الاستطاعَةِ ، لقَوْلِه تعالى : {لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا }.
